Delivery to any place in the world!

We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our supply warehouse by USPS, UPS Ground, or Common Carrier. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order.

There is no returns on custom sized items or customer designed items unless damaged in shipment or the quality is not to your satisfaction.  If you order a stock item (reproduction item) just apply for an RMA number from within your account page and once approved return the product unused within 10 days.   All we ask is that you provide proof of purchase and product in its original packaging. Depending on the reason for returning, there may be a 15% restocking fee applied.

If the product arrives to you damaged due to the shipping carrier, notify us immediatly and DO NOT open the box and remove the product. Provide picture documentation of product/box condition to support@gameongrafix.com
